The campus is located near the Vijayawada–Guntur highway, close to the scenic Krishna River, and is easily accessible by road and rail. It houses state-of-the-art lecture halls, conference auditoria, laboratories and residential facilities.

How to Reach

By Air

The nearest airport is Vijayawada International Airport (Gannavaram), located approximately 35–40 km from the KLEF campus. Regular flights connect Vijayawada to major Indian cities such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.

By Rail

The nearest major railway junctions are Vijayawada Junction and Guntur Junction. From either station, the campus can be reached by taxi, cab or local bus services within about 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

By Road

KLEF is well connected by road via the Vijayawada–Guntur highway. Outstation delegates may use private cabs, app-based taxis or intercity bus services to reach Vijayawada or Guntur and then proceed to the campus.

Details regarding recommended hotels, guest houses and on-campus accommodation (if available) will be shared closer to the conference dates. Limited accommodation may be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis for registered participants.
