Manuscript Preparation & Page Limits

  • Template: Use the latest IEEE conference template (A4, two-column) for preparing your paper. Both MS Word and LaTeX templates are acceptable.

  • File Format: Upload the manuscript as a single PDF file generated from the IEEE template. Ensure that all fonts are embedded.
  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear English. Avoid mixing American and British usage within the same paper and carefully proofread for grammar and spelling.
  • Originality: By submitting to AICSEB 2026, the authors confirm that the work is original, not published elsewhere, and not under review in any other journal or conference.

Before You Submit

  • Prepare your paper strictly according to the latest IEEE conference template (A4, two-column).
  • Ensure that the similarity index (plagiarism) is within acceptable limits as per IEEE norms.
  • Remove author names and affiliations if the review process is announced as double-blind.
  • Check all figures, tables, and references for readability and completeness.
  • Verify that the chosen track matches the technical focus of your paper.

Tracks & Topic Selection

While submitting your manuscript, please choose the most appropriate technical track from those listed in the Call for Papers. This helps in assigning expert reviewers and ensuring a fair evaluation.

  • Review the AI & Intelligent Computing, Smart Electronics, Networking & Security, Bioinformatics and Interdisciplinary Applications tracks before selecting.
  • If your work spans multiple areas, choose the track that best reflects the primary contribution and highlight cross-disciplinary aspects in the abstract.

Review & Decision Process

  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by subject experts from the Technical Program Committee.
  • Reviewers will assess relevance to the conference, technical contribution, clarity of presentation, experimental validation, quality of figures/tables, and completeness of references.
  • Based on the reviews, each paper will receive one of the following decisions:
    • Accepted: Paper can be included in the conference program and proceedings.
    • Minor / Major Revision: Authors must revise the paper according to comments and resubmit the camera-ready version.
    • Rejected: Paper will not be considered for presentation or publication at AICSEB 2026.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper (in-person or as per the final conference mode) for it to be considered for inclusion in the official proceedings.

Plagiarism & Ethical Compliance

  • All submitted manuscripts will be screened for similarity using standard plagiarism-detection tools.
  • Papers with excessive similarity (including self-plagiarism) may be rejected without detailed review in accordance with IEEE and conference policies.
  • Proper citations and permissions must be obtained for any reused figures, tables or text from prior work.
  • Authors are expected to follow IEEE publication ethics and guidelines on authorship, conflicts of interest and data integrity.

Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

  • After receiving an Acceptance or Revision notification, authors must prepare the camera-ready version strictly according to the reviewer comments and IEEE formatting requirements.
  • Ensure that all comments from reviewers and TPC members are carefully addressed within the manuscript, including updates to figures, tables, experiments and references where applicable.
  • Use the IEEE PDF eXpress (if mandated) or similar tools to validate the compliance of your final PDF with IEEE Xplore® requirements. Details and Conference ID (if applicable) will be provided along with the acceptance email or on the conference website.
  • The camera-ready paper must be uploaded through the submission system along with the signed copyright form (IEEE eCopyright or equivalent) before the camera-ready deadline.
